2026 Programme
Following the 2025 edition, which marked a new chapter for Board Culture Exposure, the festival returns to Biarritz from October 21 to 25, 2026, with an even richer program designed as a true journey through board culture. Once again this year, BCE will take over several of the city’s iconic venues, from the Municipal Casino to the Colisée, and from Bellevue to the Le Royal movie theater. Exhibitions, opening receptions, talks, screenings, portfolio reviews, photo walks, workshops, roundtable discussions, and DJ sets will set the pace for these five days. Photography, film, music, and gatherings will come together around skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding, featuring exhibitions dedicated to Sem Rubio, Ben Thouard, and the winners of the 2026 BCE competition.
A major new feature this year is the BCE OFF, which will kick off the festival throughout the city starting October 9. About twenty cultural venues, galleries, shops, and independent spaces in Biarritz and the surrounding area will offer a free series of photography exhibitions centered on board culture, running through November 9.
A program designed to foster dialogue among artists, photographers, riders, and the public, bringing together established names, emerging talents, and new voices. See the full program below:
