Participants, professionals or amateurs, can enter their best shots for the following categories :
Candidates must submit between 1 (minimum) and 5 (maximum) photographs documenting skateboarding.
The careers of the greatest skateboarders are inextricably linked with the photographers who documented them: Tony Hawk and Grant Brittain, Heath Kirtchart and Dave Swift, Eric Koston and Atiba Jefferson, to name but a few, form pairs whose photos have made generations of skateboarders dream. The photos that adorn the pages of specialized magazines are the fruit of a relationship of trust between photographer and photographed: choice of spot, choice of trick, schedule, sometimes even choice of clothing, everything is subject to validation by both parties, down to the smallest detail! This relationship gives rise to true works of art, when the street becomes a photo studio, when skateboarding conveys dreams and passion…
For each prize, creativity, performance, aesthetics and emotion are the focus.
Until May 31, 2025

The
Jury
Made up of eclectic personalities from the worlds of art, photography, skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding, the jury members deliberate and select the best images in each category. Creativity, emotion, aesthetics and performance are at the heart of the jury’s considerations when selecting the winners.
The
Prizes
The winners in each category will receive their trophies from the members of the jury and our partners at the awards ceremony on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in the Salon Diane of the Casino Municipal de Biarritz, at the heart of the exhibition.

The Grand Prix Du Jury, presented by Leica, will be awarded to the best photograph in all categories, with the winner receiving a Leica camera and lens.

Details of the prizes allocated to each winner will be announced at a later date.
